Alhamdulillāh, through the Food Bank at The Help Foundation we are able to serve both our Muslim community and our neighbours of all backgrounds. Many families in Leicester are struggling to make ends meet, and it is our duty as Muslims to ensure that no one in our area goes hungry.

Every week we provide essential food parcels containing basics such as rice, flour, oil, and canned goods. The service is open to anyone in genuine need, without question.

For Muslims, feeding the hungry is an act of charity that carries immense reward.

The Prophet ﷺ said:“The best of you are those who feed others.” (Musnad Ahmad)

At the same time, our Food Bank is also a way to show the mercy of Islam to the wider community. Whether Muslim or non-Muslim, our doors are open.

How you can help:

• Donate food items (long-life, non-perishable).

• Give Sadaqah or Lillah to support running costs.

• Volunteer your time to help with sorting and distribution.
